In 1980-2005 data of railway infrastructure managers. In 2006 data of the Estonian Railway Inspectorate. Since 2007 data of the Estonian Technical Surveillance Authority.

Since 2006 data on rolling stock not available.

* Since 2008 the number of level crossings under watch has been replaced by level crossings with automatic signal. Level crossings with automatic signal have been supplied besides traffic signs also with traffic signs, sound signal devices, barriers, guards or some of the above mentioned objects.

The data of the last five years may be revised.
