In 2006 substance of the report was specified and the report was expanded - in addition to orphans and children without parental care, the report was supplemented with children who need assistance.

As of 2012, includes only first-time registrations, i.e. registrations transferred from one local government to another and children whose case has been closed and re-opened for some reason are not shown in the table.
